We're expanding, and are looking for a seasoned and driven Team Lead to help empower our DFIR team. Our digital forensics services help detect fraud, sabotage, malicious conduct, and any security breach. We pair our first-rate responders with advanced, time-tested forensic techniques and investigative protocols. Our ideal candidate is one who can own these processes within a team environment, and help develop our constantly growing culture and vision.

Within this role, you will own DFIR & hunting efforts, collaborate with a team of top tier Cyber Security analysts, and iterate on internal incidents response technological capabilities. Additionally, you will lead with high EQ, great communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between senior stakeholders and the team, understanding the importance of your role and putting our client’s interests first.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Set and lead DFIR strategies within a team of first-rate cybersecurity analysts and DFIR experts, managing engagements, whilst providing professional guidance and empowerment at key points.
  • Take ownership of team briefings, status updates, and and create alignment amongst a variety of audiences, including technical teams and C-suite roles.
  • Work alongside necessary teams to iterate on DFIR methods, processes, and internal technical capacities.

Who you are:

  • You have a fascination with solving challenging cybersecurity problems
  • You have 6+ years designing and owning technical security solutions, crisis management solutions, and the associated comms channels
  • You are able to distill and articulate the fast-paced, dynamic nature of DFIR issues with brevity and confidence to senior stakeholders and executive teams
  • You are a stellar systems-thinker with a willingness to engage with in new technological solutions, while executing the processes to your team

Hard Skills/Core Competencies

  • Robust knowledge of DFIR practices, including response and remediation techniques
  • A background in cloud security, common internet protocols, and an in-depth understanding of network endpoints
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity strategy or consulting
  • Deep experience with cybersecurity tools such as PKI, MDR, and pentesting components.
