Position Description

The Sales Development Representative at BreachQuest partners directly with our Account Executives to drive outreach and sourcing efforts for the sales team. The primary goal of these efforts is to generate qualified opportunities with new prospects, thus generating pipeline to help the sales team reach its goals. We are looking for motivated and self-driven sales professionals eager to make an impact early on in our sales program; and who are passionate about sales and the cybersecurity industry.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of sales development experience within the SaaS or cybersecurity services industry
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRMs and building automated prospecting campaigns
  • Experience with leading sales prospecting tools (Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Comfort talking to or selling to Director, VP, and C-level roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-accountable and capable of operating with minimal direction
  • Organized and proactive in terms of managing lead generation proactively, as well as handling inbound requests
  • Ability to develop relationships with prospects and clients virtually
  • Willingness to embrace the start-up work ethic
  • Outgoing, competitive, and receptive to feedback
  • Eager to join something early on with the opportunity to advance your career quickly

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Build a plan to hit your quota and execute on it
  • Generate new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics
  • Partner closely with your AE counterparts to define ideal customer profiles, territories, and outreach campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with the support of your AEs to help develop outreach campaigns for each of our product lines
  • Conduct a high-volume of calls and emails to generate qualified prospects and meetings
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities for further exploration prior to engaging the AEs
  • Determine creative ways of engaging with our ideal customers to drive prospect engagement and lead generation
  • Become the internal SME for sales related tools
