We're expanding, and are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Director to help us spearhead business development efforts. Our ideal candidate is one who can leverage their experiences to scale our sales team, and help develop our constantly growing culture and vision.

Within this role, you will own the development of strategies towards strategic partnerships and client development, mainly within the DFIR and IS space, and help form a scalable sales foundation. Additionally, you will lead with high EQ, ethical integrity, and the ability to leverage your experiences into BreachQuest's long-term vision, understanding the importance of your role and putting our client’s interests first.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years with relevant cybersecurity sales experience; this can include selling to department heads, C-level titles, or managing strategic B2B partnerships
  • You can articulate and distill complex CS problems and our managed services offerings into concepts that are easily comprehensible for external stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Passionate about being a vanguard of cybersecurity and has a proven track record of creating effective sales funnels.


  • Actively manage and iterate on BQ's sales funnel, driving new leads and opportunities, while creating a strong foundation for future SDRs.
  • Incorporate trends & analytics into creating a lean sales strategy for our outbound business development team
  • Help inculcate a culture of outcome-based sales productivity; this includes working alongside the BQ C-team to create and implement an OKR system.
